Very good cuisine in the restaurant, the "gourmet menu" was also available as a "low carb" version. Very creative and excellent in taste! Only the wine list is in need of improvement.

The food was really great! It took a while to get served, but otherwise the service was super friendly and attentive. An extra plus point for the fact that a completely vegetarian menu is offered here.

Great location, very beautiful garden, the flamingos are an eye-catcher. A star is deducted for the late greeting in broken German, as well as for the apparently irritable head waiter when you ask in the garden for a parasol that is nearby and you also get the answer in broken German it's summer (that knows myself and therefore I also ask for a parasol). Somewhat unsuitable for this category that you want to be.

Simply fantastic. Super nice atmosphere, flamingos, warm hosts, delicious food. Always perfect here we like to be and allow ourselves a break from the hectic everyday life

Everything fine. Very good service, the food is very good, the ambience is great. All around perfect.

More performance than price. Room (# 24) great. You come in and feel good. Absolutely modern / new and pleasant, even with a small balcony. The kitchen and the "beer garden" are more "upscale". Operation / service very nice, fast and more than courteous. I'm here on business at the moment, but I can well imagine spending a long weekend here with my partner. Pure relaxation.

Hello everybody, We were on the road again to test it. It is really a beautiful hotel. Real flamingos in the garden which, by the way, is beautifully landscaped. Very romantic, also recommended for couples. Very, very nice people, the boss also works very pleasantly. I can only recommend it for young people so don't be shy by no means only for older people 😉. The rooms are very nice very great with us even 2 rooms very great. Very clean and cozy. The only Mangi for me personally and complain on a very high level "I had no TV in the bedroom" this is in the anteroom. I just need to switch off comfortably. Breakfast very, very good and delicious. Man can always ask for more and hurry, but everything was there for me. Eggs, fruit, muesli, coffee, juice, sausage, jam, etc. Unfortunately I didn't eat in the hotel but it has to be very good after what I've heard and seen. Unfortunately we never made it so that we could test it. All in all I have to say very well and if you really have something to complain about here, please go to the Ritz and pay 500 e a night 🤪.

The staff friendly and attentive. The ambience is upscale and fantastic, especially because of the small but beautiful park and of course the flamingos. The prices are a bit higher than in home-style restaurants. We had a small wedding reception here where the table was beautifully set. We will be back.

If you are looking for a quite, picturesque location in Scharzwald region this is the one. Good size room, high quality restaurant and pink flamingos to top it all up.

So far this place is amazing! We arrived incredibly late! And they stayed awake for us. 2 idiots traveling from Arizona 🤣. The breakfast buffet was delicious! I recommend this place to anyone! Almost forgot about the modern rooms and how clean everything is!

Outstanding Tuesday dinner. Our friends go every week and we can understand why. It is worth the drive for their 5 star meal.

High quality and delicious food, in a great atmosphere and nice service. The boss (chef) and the boss come to the table themselves. Great menu to be recommended. And look at flamingos while eating - great! Lovely again !

I felt not at all welcome, when I arrived 10 minutes before the official lunch time was over. I consider the timeframe of serving lunch until it says so, in this case 2 pm. If guests arrive shortly before that timeframe, in my case with 2 children in tow and are told in no uncertain terms that lunch is OVER, then I find this rather rude and very disappointing!

The hotel has a very nice position in quiet place. It has its own parking lot and if that's full it's not really a problem to find a public one:) The country side is so nice... There is a ruin of a castle 30 min walk away.. And and a viewing platform close by too:) all runners will be happy here. Not all the staff speaks good English.. But they are determined to make you happy anyway:) The room service and the food are so good. The hotel has a variety of rooms. I heard that one has a king size waterbed 😱 its definitely one of the most comfortable place - it's makes you relax :) They have a very good chef - interesting and well composed meals and wonderful soups (my most favourite would be the melon and the pumpkin one) The WiFi.. Is something weaker... At times But that's not really a problem :) I stay every time I am in the area :)
